Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping on orders above $50.
How can I track my order?
The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn’t receive, or cannot find your shipping confirmation email (even in the spam folder), please contact us at email@example.com
Please keep in mind that some orders do not have a tracking number due to the policies of our courier company.

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders of in-stock items will ship within the next 3-5 days after the order has been placed.
Please keep in mind that orders can’t be shipped on special holidays such as New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Christmas Day as well as any special local holidays, please check with us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding this.
How quickly are orders delivered after shipment?
Depending on the destination, you can expect to receive your order between 3 to 10 business days after we have processed your order.
Can my order be delivered on the weekend?
Orders will not be delivered on the weekend. However, some carriers do deliver some items on Saturdays.
My order has already shipped, can I have the delivery address changed?
Unfortunately, the shipping address for orders that are already on their way to you cannot be changed.
Can I return or exchange an item I’ve purchased?
Unless the reason for exchange or return is due to a mistake on our side (it can happen, we are human too), given the nature of our products we cannot offer returns or exchanges on products that have already been opened due to sanitary reasons.
If you haven’t opened the packaging of the product and the item is completely intact please get in contact with us immediately by email at email@example.com so we can see if we can process your return. (You will be required to provide images or videos and return is never 100% assured, we hope you can understand).
Please also keep in mind that the delivery costs of returned products will have to be paid by you unless there has been a mistake on our side.
Where do you ship from?
In order to fulfill orders quickly, we keep most of our stock in the USA and in Europe. We use Amazon fulfillment centers because it allows us to act quickly and provide the best service possible.
Will I be charged a customs fee for my order?
For orders that are shipped within the EU or USA, customs and import fees will not apply.
All orders shipped outside the EU or USA may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country. The shipping fees charged for your order do not include import fees. If you’re unsure of your country’s laws and policies regarding import fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order.
